We originally listed our home with another agent but after 90 days an no offer we decided to cancel. A month or two later we contacted Jodi and asked her to be our agent. She gave us some "Home-Work" to get our home ready to sell, like paint, decor, decluttering, etc. (The previous agent didn't ask us to do anything.) It was a lot of work but well worth the effort. She helped us get our home into show quality condition. She listed our house higher than the previous agent and we had an above asking price offer the first day it was on the market.
