While sitting here waiting on my vehicle getting tires checked, I’m just playing a game and of course you hear the chatter and commotion around you right? Well I’m here to tell you what a wonderful environment here! Everyone so polite to each other and good mornings flying here and there to each other’s coworkers, staff offering coffee, tea and water to me, they all ask each other how the weekend was, everyone respecting covid rules and just overall a pleasant place to sit and wait for a service to be provided! So fresh, so clean and just overall a positive place! If you go in cranky you come out happy and positive❤️

I had a great experience with Dan, he was super helpful, efficient and friendly, he definitely worked around my schedule. I love the fact that nobody was pushy at all and everyone was very friendly! I also love my vehicle already!

Updating to say that I had an issue with my vehicle (not their fault at all) and Megan and the team were great to deal with and very informative, plus my vehicle was ready much sooner than expected!

Went in to look for a SUV at summit dodge and ended up at Jim Gilbert’s wheels and deals. Seth Vanhorne said it must of been fate to be at Jim Gilbert’s! He wasn’t wrong! I love love love my new 2021 Kia Sportage! Even when I brought my puppy with me who wanted a big green teddy they gave him a small little bear that he loves!
