They responded that evening with an offer of an appointment the following day. Overall, it was a great experience; the leaking pipe we had under the kitchen sink was replaced and the problem was solved. We received an invoice the next day and thought the cost was reasonable and fair. We will definitely call them again and highly recommend this company.
