What a welcome relief! After trying several plumbing businesses that were either no-shows, unprofessional, or didn’t return calls, I’m so glad I found Jay! He made suggestions for me to try to troubleshoot my own problem first, in an effort to save me unnecessary repair costs. When we realized a replacement was necessary, he quickly responded, replaced my broken sump on the very next business day, and texted me several times to keep me aware of work progress. This could not have been a better transaction. I am already recommending this business to friends. Even the billing process was easy. So great to have a plumber you can trust!

So we had a pipe burst in our basement and were forced to shut off water to the entire house. Jay and his helper were at our home at 6 am the next morning, quickly found the problem and repaired it, then looked for any other potential problems. All of this at a reasonable price along with professional and courteous service. Highly recommended!

I hired Jay Johnson to repair/replace a malfunctioning sump pump. He came in promptly as promised, replaced the pump for a very reasonable pipe. Approximately two years have past and we have had no problems since.

Jay's the best! Very honest, polite, on time, and overall great guy. I called him over to replace a flush valve in my toilet, and he found that I only needed to replace one part of it instead of the entire valve. He charged me much less for this service and I was very happy with how honest he was. Having a plumber that is as honest and a good technician is great to have in the DC area.
