Had a self inflicted plumbing mess on top of backed up pipe. Jay arrived on time and dealt with the stuck clearing tool I snapped off in the pipes, but also troubleshoot and repaired the clogged piping. Quite the mess, Jay handled it all professionally, expediantly, and put everything back as good as new. Will certainly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help.
