They answered my query within 24 hours, appointment was booked for just a few days later. The option to send pictures of our problems eliminated the need to visit twice, so they could make an immediate appraisal of what to expect cost-wise. Our house main valve needed to be updated, as did one of our toilet valves. They arrived nearly an hour early (with notice), & were done at about the time they originally were to arrive. Very friendly, professional, & easy to work with. We'll be using them again when we need them!
