I am selling a home and needed a few plumbing repairs. I prefer to work with trusted local businesses and my Realtor referred me to Jay’s Plumbing. Jay called me promptly and communication was excellent. I like the fact that he incorporates texting, calls, and emails. He sent me an initial quote for review and approval before ordering parts. He shared his availability for the week in advance and kept me informed/updated on timeline. He finished the work quickly and on schedule. I wasn’t able to personally inspect the work but my Realtor sent me pictures and confirmed all was up to par. Most of us hold our breath when we need plumbing repairs. I would’ve liked to save a bit more price wise, but elected not to shop around as I wanted the work done quickly. I got that and I’m pleased with the results.
