I called and left a message, Jay got back to me right away. He came out the same day, very professional but also personable. He went above and beyond to fix my problem with grease in the pipes as well as give me tips to keep it under control. Cleaned up everything and put back the makeshift ceiling! His helper, sorry didn’t get his name, was also great, rare to find such good customer service and response time.
