We hired Jay to replace a leaky pipe on an outdoor spigot that we had tried to replace ourselves. Our repair worked for a short time before springing a bad leak. We really should've gone with professionals the first time around, hopefully a lesson learned... Before our scheduled appointment, Jay gave me a clear explanation of costs so I had an idea up front what the repair would cost. On our appointment day, Jay and his assistant showed up right on time and quickly had the pipe fixed and working perfectly.
