The Walgrave group was great to work with and true Professionals! Jason and his assistant Alicia were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that i had or issues to deal with. We had one close fall thru due to a loan issue for the buyer, put the house back on the market and got another offer 2 days later. Then that offer had a contingency but they couldn't sell their house quick enough, so we put it on the market again and got the next offer one day later and that close went off without a hitch one month later!!
