Was recommended to this company for their great service, initial phone call and payment setup was great. Started the free trial and then made the complete payment upfront for the service. In the span of 3-4 months I have been updated twice from this company and with very poor customer service from Mr. Oscar, he personally made it feel like we were a burden asking for updates, while this service is paid for upfront. You'd expect better service, was given a hard time by Oscar and he has hung up on us once. Very poor customer service from him, and no better help has been offered from this company. 10/10 do not and will not recommend anyone to this business and will let anyone know looking for credit repair to avoid these people and their poor customer service at all cost.

The response and communication I’ve gotten from Amanda has been fast, easy, and transparent. I love how everything has been explained and broken down to make it easier to digest.
