Not happy with James Warren. I requested to close my account with them on March 28th. They still charged me $29.95. I emailed them to please cancel right away and refund my money. The woman who was in charge of my account, Mikayla, doesn’t communicate anything of what is being done. A week went by without her responding, thus the reason I decided to no longer pursue help from them. Despite my request to cancel and be refunded, they took the money and kept my account open until April 27th. I don’t understand why it was kept open when no one is helping me. Since Mikayla hasn’t responded, I took it upon myself to dispute things on my credit report. It’s worked for me so far. I wouldn’t mind paying the $29.95 a month if communication was improved. Now I just feel like my money was taken for no reason.
