We decided to evade the political turmoil and the expensiveness of life in our commonwealth, when we made a move to sell our beautiful house and move overseas.

Our advice for potential sellers:
1. Clutter is your number one enemy. Formalities are much easier and faster to solve if you rent a dumpster and have it for a week to get rid of all you won’t take with you.

2. Reverse bidding worked perfectly and we got three offers a few days in. The buyers were cooperative and helped with all they could, along with proper realtor alignment,...
