I would highly recommend Mitch Kemp and Integrity First Home Buyers. I was moving out of the area and didn't want to coordinate the timing of two houses and missing out just because mine didn't sell. Mitch was very low pressure and realistic. I would get post cards from other companies with unrealistic prices and I'm sure they would come in lower. He set expectations and explained the process and communicated the whole way. They made a fair offer of what I thought I would get going through a traditional sale process but I knew an exact figure and an exact date which made it easier to search in my new area. The Settlement Closing was clear and shorter than other Closings I've been through. Mitch said his job was to make this easy for me and he certainly did that. Greatly appreciated.

What an easy experience. I spoke to Carter in the morning and he was able to send Adam the same day. Everything was informative and very easy to understand. So happy we could make our future plans happen with their help.

Josh was very personable and very transparent I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesperson I've been in sales for 47 years and I do business the same way I really enjoyed him working with us I'm sorry that we couldn't make things work but Josh is a great

We did some negotiation, but they were so respectful and fair. Asking what our needs and goals were and clearly you got get what u did if u listed the home. But sometimes that expense and level of repairs isn't possible.. they provide a service, as everyone needs to make profits to survive. But Carter and his partner were first to ask what and why.... But best of all the listened! Carter impressed me with his gitter done spirit... He was contacting me on his own initiative... I am a real estate agent and that is the talent you look for in New recruits for your business! Amazed at his age. Which was young, but for someone at that stage I never guessed .. he conducted himself is in true professional manor at every interaction . Hear he is getting real estate license! I have competition coming when he passes! I left out one star.. not Carter or his super relatable full of good advice...
