Integrity First Homes Buyers, was the first place we looked. Too sell our Apartment building with 3 apartments "As is" in York, PA.
We worked with Mitch! We scheduled a time to meet. He sat down and explained everything to us how "As is." Then he took a tour of the property. He sat down quoted us a price! Mitched did work with us, on the price we wanted for the property! Mitch answered all our concerned questions! Were very happy, with the fair price we received! We signed an agreement the same day! Mitch walked us through, what all would transpire over the next week. We received calls from their processing experts. Everything went way smoother, than, I ever thought! It was great! We settled in about 2.5 weeks. When I had any concerns, I just text Mitch, and he responded like ASAP, back to me! Made me feel very comfortable, when he would get right back to me...
