we tried to sell our house with someone else, after a month and a half of being lied to and led on, we called Integrity.

I was planning on selling my house and I called Integrity because they purchase homes. Their purchasing agent Kerry Glover was assigned to my property. He reviewed the property, asked appropriate questions and decided to make an offer on my property. The whole deal took less than one month. I was pleased with the offer and accepted. Kerry is very personable and professional, he understood my need and did everything he could to make the process run smoothly especially during the Covid pandemic. Whenever I had questions or concerns he listened and responded quickly. If you are planning on selling your home quickly I would recommend you call Kerry.

Nothing says professionalism, integrity, or “totally not a scam” like texting me from 3 different numbers in 3 days telling me my house is on preforeclosure even though I’ve never been late on a payment and when I check the actual preforeclosures I don’t see my house. If you are a legitimate business you’re predatory and I guess you bought my data from the dark web or something. Also super weird that a bunch of your reviews are all on the same day by people who only reviewed CR Property group or nothing else ever around the same time when I started getting spammed. Lots of five star reviews from people that haven't reviewed anything else, but all seem to lavish praise on their president, Eric.🤔

No integrity not honest not professional. Paint over water damage wood paneling without checking for mold. Disrespectful customer service. No returned calls after settlement. Sell beware and buyer beware
