I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with during the selling of my house. Within just about a week of talking to Jason my house was put up for sale, and sold in about a month's time. I also liked the idea that I was given 30 days to be able to get everything out of the house that I wanted/needed, and also the fact that I did not have to do any clean-up since the buyer was going to renovate after settlement.

They snt out a representative, he looked over my home, and immidiately attempted to get me to do other complicated deals to get home, house was appraised for $250K, offered $80K less.

Get an actual realtor and don’t waste your time. I only sold to them so because I was told that they’d make repairs and then sell. Well they didn’t do any repairs and I lost out on $40,000 which is life changing money because they don’t have integrity. Pretty shady company stay away
