We contacted Ferd at Integrity Homebuyers to get an idea of what they could give us for our house that we had planned to put on the market, if we sold it to them. After a lengthy discussion in our home with Ferd, he suggested that we put it on the market with one of the realtors instead of getting a cash offer. He said the house was too nice and we could make more listing it. He left our house and said that a realtor, Liz Hamberger, would be calling us. After a few days went by and we hadn't heard anything, I contacted Ferd again and shortly after Liz contacted us and basically told us that Ferd had to send paperwork her way before they could do anything. She was very dismissive and unfriendly. After that, we heard nothing from anyone. We finally listed our house with another agency and it sold within 6 days. I then contacted Ferd again and told him about this lack of communication...

I did a lot of work for this company and they would skip inspections and hide stuff from inspectors. A couple buildings in Harrisburg burned down because of them after they sold. They’re are currently under investigation. DO NOT do business with them!!!

I ran into the guy that extremely expressed to me that he was the owner, very arrogant, ignorant, inconsiderate, and very nonprofessional. I don’t know how the rest of his staff is, but I would never ever in my life deal with this company if someone paid me too.
