Pediatric Home Healthcare - Medicaid GAPP provider Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid program that provides nursing services to medically fragile kids under the age of 21. Weekly Hours are approved based on the child’s medical needs. Program requires no out-of-pocket expenses, and the qualification process only takes 30 days to get approved. Once qualified, we put a nurse in the home and also financial compensate the family for the care of the child
