Insight Appliance Repair

I was dealing with LG support/repair and ended up calling insight repair. Raphael explained what he thought the issue was, called LG on my behalf and got them to honor the warranty after they told me they would not. Raphael diagnosed the issue with our LG fridge that 2 other techs from 2 other appliance repair companies missed or ignored. I will be calling Raphael for any future appliance repairs. He was on time and professional.

My repair man was on time and very professional. He wore a mask and gloves for all our protection during the COVID 19 pandemic. He fixed the problem the first time and was on his way.
