The compressor in my LG refrigerator failed recently. Working with LG's customer service, IA was recommended to come to my home, diagnose and repair the refrigerator. Rafael was very detailed with the work performed. He works hard and I am impressed by his drive to continue to build and maintain a successful business.

I was using a different repair company and they could not get my fridge light fixed in 6 months due to multiple excuses and I called Insight and they came out and fixed it the same day! I was amazed. I am so pleased with Insight because when I texted Rafael he agreed to come check out the problem for a $89.00 fee. He came said he would order the part from LG. My refrigerator was purchased brand new in 2018. So I was so surprised the it stopped freezing the ice or staying cold. The part took longer then we thought to arrive. He got it late Friday and he was nice enough to come on Saturday morning to repair it. It has been running fine every since. I called LG about the $89.00 service fee they told me they paid Rafael the service fee as well as for the repair and he should be refunding me. I was able to send in a claim for the list food. So I am just waiting for the refund and very happy with the work Rafael did.

I am horrible with names but the gentleman who came to our home to fix our microwave was just that: a gentleman. He was polite, kind and efficient. As one expects these days, he was masked and wore gloves and booties which I appreciated. He needed to order a part for our microwave and he told me he would call when it came in. The second visit was also quick and efficient. He installed the part, made sure the microwave was working and left. At every stage I was pleased with the service.
