After First American Home Warranty sent two different companies to repair my refrigerator. It took from June 9, 2020 until July 17, 2020 from other companies to say that the refrigerator was not repairable. After many phone call to the insurance company finally insight appliance came in and repaired what the other companies did not. So yes insight repair man Rafael made the repairs and in a very professional manner. Thank you insight appliance. 5 stars.

I had an LG refrigerator that was still under warranty for a compressor. Rafael actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and Olga texted me regularly with updates and appointments. It took 1 week from the time that I contacted them until my refrigerator was working again at no cost since it was under warranty. I would contact them again for a future repair need based on this one experience.

Raphael was an excellent repairman. He was courteous and efficient and sis a wonderful job evaluating the problem and working towards a solution. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair.
