I am one of many with the LG compressor issue and after checking reviews, costs, and availability of the approved repair companies I decided to go with Insight. Not only were they very responsive, they were less expensive, and took ownership to work directly with LG to get the parts required prior to the normal $100 inspection visit. This allowed me to get the repair done faster and with less hassle. Every other vendor wanted to come out and charge for the inspection first to confirm the widely known LG defective compressor problem.
