Insight Appliance is a wonderful company and very professional. The tech (Rafael) came out to my home and was very professional and Covid conscious. He showed up early and he wore a mask the whole time he was here. He was very knowledgeable in his job and very respectful of my time as I work from home. He did a fantastic job and I am Very grateful for their service. He even followed up after completing the service to let me know that the report had been filed with my insurance company!
