dispatched through a warranty company. Never had verbal communication with Insight: they communicated via text message only. Waited a week for technician appointment. Received a text indicating tech was on their way, showed up two hours later. Did not diagnosis machine physically just asked what issues I was having, from there said it needed a new pump and was ready to walk out the door. My husband was working from home and stepped in and questioned why he didn't even exam the machine. Tech then proceeded to evaluate the machine by running some tests only to find it was the pump and then some. It then took him three days to relay this information to the warranty company only after the warranty company called twice and emailed twice. I too tried reaching out and never received a response. I finally just received a TEXT letting me know he submitted the info. HORRIBLE!!!
