Mr. Rafael from Insight Appliance is excellent. Professional. COVID compliant. Pleasant. Knows his stuff. He is THE EXPERT on Samsung refrigerator ice maker repairs. Our gorgeous Samsung now makes ice perfectly. We bought this from Home Depot with the extended warranty back in 2017. This is a great refrigerator. Great service and technician!

Communication was great and service was prompt! Two days and had to order the LED light. The lights in my GE Profile side by side freezer went out for the second time in 1.5 years. If you get an extended service plan on anything get it on your fridge! Rafael was very professional and wore a mask no questions asked. Highly recommended. A+ Thanks.
