I had a GE Refrigerator last me nearly 25 years before I included it in the house I sold. For all I know it's still going strong for the new owners. Very dissapointing that the LG I purchased when I bought my new house only lasted 3 years before a complete failure. Setting aside the time required to get a warranty claim going, get LG to refer it out for validation prior to shipping the new compressor out (via boat it seemed like) etc etc etc... at the end of that ordeal Rafael from Insight was finally dispatched to install the new compressor and get the refrigerator back in service. This was probably the highlight of the whole ordeal as he was in and out in about an hour and the refigerator is humming along like new. He was courteous, friendly and very effecient. Thanks Rafael!! If only I could have dealt with you from the beginning! :-)

We had an issue with our dryer and Rafael fixed it in literally 5 minutes (maybe less). He was very kind and obviously efficient and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Insight!

Rafael was outstanding! Had a home warranty claim on my stove, Rafael sent me texts prior to visit to confirm the issue and get the correct part ordered. He had the part in lest than 24 hours and came immediately and was done in less than 10 minutes. Great communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

My fridge stopped cooling completely and a friend recommended Insight Appliance Repair. I called them and Rafael came out the same day. I told him what was happening and he diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was able to get the part (under warranty) and fix the issue the next day. My refrigerator is now cooling like new and ice maker is working again. I highly recommend Rafael and Insight for their prompt response and explanation of the issues.

Rafael is such a fair, incompetent technician. He just came over and evaluated my microwave. Although we cannot diagnose exactly what the cause of the issue was the microwave is now working. He is fair, trustworthy, and honest, I would definitely recommend his company.
