From the moment I called to request service for my LG refrigerator that wasn’t cooling, Rafael was so professional. He requested a couple of numbers from the fridge, and the next thing I knew, he had submitted paperwork to LG and got the work order to do the job. All within a day! He knew exactly what to do!
Rafael texted and asked if he could come the next day and fix my refrigerator and gave me a window of time. When he was on his way, I received a text and a call saying he was on his way.
Upon arrival, he went to work and within a little over an hour, my refrigerator had a new compressor!
I will use Rafael for any type of appliance repair in the future and gladly refer him to anyone that needs appliance repair!
