Rafael was amazing. Communication was on point. Arrival time was exact. Completion of repair - completed it in the time he specified. He already contacted LG to see if my appliance was under warranty before arrival. That is what I call going above and beyond service. The compressor for my fridge broke. Called them Tuesday evening, and the fridge was fixed by 10am the next morning. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
