My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service by Insight! We researched our ice maker problem on LG's website and were referred to an out of warranty service provider. There were several local choices but so glad we chose Insight. Rafael, the owner, serviced our refrigerator. He kept us updated, via text, on his ETAs and that of the parts he had to order. We would recommend Appliance with absolutely no reservations...none at all. One more thing, Rafael has a personality that makes you feel like you've known him forever. That doesn't fix one's appliance but it sure is a nice plus!

Insight Repair fixed the ice maker in my refrigerator/freezer combo. They returned my call within an hour, and was able to come out within two days. Rafael was able to diagnose the problem quickly and even had the part to fix our ice maker in his van. The entire process took less than 20 minutes! Highly recommended!!
