Insight diagnosed the problem on Tuesday, wrangled with the warranty company, and repaired the issue on Thursday, Aug 11th! My problem began on July 1st with my warranty company sending a different repairer- followed by many obstacles to the repair. When Rafael understood the background of the problem, he responded, "You have had enough headaches with this. I will take care of it and will be back in a few days." He did exactly that! I highly recommend Rafael and Insight. He knows what he is going!
