They were excellent. Very efficient for appt to completion. The friendly, knowledgeable tech determined the problem, the part was on the truck so no waiting for that and our refrigerator was repaired in no time. I couldn’t be happier.

We had an extended warranty through Lowe’s. Our Samsung refrigerator small drawer quit cooling. They sent out a tech. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back just a few days later and replaced it within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

I used the services of Insight Appliance Repair to get my fridge and freezer repaired. They sent Rafael to perform the repair work. He made sure that he ordered the parts timely and made the repair in a couple of days. He also provided me update on the parts ordered and when he would come to install the parts. Overall, very good experience.
