Had great service when the technician showed up to check our refrigerator he diagnosed the problem right off. He told me that they would return the next day with the part and fix it which they did. It is working very great. Will definitely use them again on any other appliance issues that I have.

Rafael was so helpful and was able to get the warranty company to give us a new dishwasher. We really appreciate you coming out so fast and getting us taken care of.

I would recommend Rafael to everyone! I called on Thursday afternoon, he returned my call and was at my house at 8:40 Friday morning. He had a new igniter unit for my oven with him. He took the time to explain everything. He then installed an ice maker in the bottom freezer of my new refrigerator. I am extremely pleased with the service Rafael provided at a very reasonable cost.

If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, courteous, neat and responsible to do an appliance repair, I highly recommend Rafael at Insight Appliance Repair. Our LG refrigerator failed and after another service repair person came twice and didn't get the job done, Rafael came and promptly figured out the problem, ordered the parts and returned within a week and had it running. It is hard to find reliable tradesmen but I think we have through Insight Appliance Repair.

I had a microwave/oven combo that had died but was under warranty from Lowes. The first 2 repair places Lowes contracted never showed up but FINALLY they contacted Insight Appliance repair to fix it. Rafael called me and asked me a lot of questions on what had happened and when he came out he brought out all the parts it could need so he would make sure he had the correct one and wouldn't waste time doing a service call and THEN ordering parts. I was VERY impressed with him and even recommended him to my neighbor who also hired him and he did a great job for her. Great guy and company.

Recently, Ramondo with Insight Appliance Repair was sent by LG to repair our refrigerator. We were very pleased with his knowledge and service. Unlike the previous repair person (who didn't get the refrigerator fixed), Ramondo was polite,, prompt, efficient and left our home as he found it. We highly recommend this gentleman/company for future repairs. Good tradesmen are hard to find these days. His number is on our list for future needs.
