The process was very straight forward and simple. I loved working with the agent (Beth) as she was very informative, friendly, and easy to talk to about all the details. She was also very responsive to texts/chat and made me feel very welcome. My only issue is the following:
1. The address they gave me regarding pictures was incorrect. While not extremely important (not the official listing), it does not allow me to "share" to other sites because the address is incorrect.
2. While I understand the concept of the fisheye lens for pictures, the pictures were sub-par in comparison to all the other support I had received from the company. I was not impressed with them and they seemed very 'blah'. Not everything needs to be in this shot form and it definitely makes a difference as the pictures are the final touch to a very exhaustive process.
