I found Imperial on a Google search and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, execution, and high level of customer service provided by the company. I work at the resort near by and was looking for a reliable company for different client amenities and gifts. Juan on the phone was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The employees in the office made drop off and pick up smooth and easy. We got robes embroidered with initials for 10 clients and needed a 48hr turn around. They were willing to provide a 24hr turnaround. We will most definitely work with imperial again in the future. Check them out!
