I’d say a majority of these embroidery companies in south Florida lack communication or responding back in terms of doing business. Imperial custom apparel respond within seconds and they’re extremely professional. They did an outstanding job on my companies polo shirts. The symbol is exactly what I wanted- the pricing was also very competitive. This will be my choice moving forward as I will have tons more to produce.

I called Imperial Custom Apparel on Wednesday to make some custom shirts for our Step Father’s funeral. Not only did they come out amazing, they finished them by Thursday and even allowed us to stop by even after they closed to ensure we had them before the funeral. They are amazing and I am grateful!

My recent experience with Imperial T-Shirt Printing has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of reliability and poor time management have significantly impacted our project.

We entered into an agreement with Imperial T-Shirt Printing, where they were supposed to create a sample within three weeks. However, they failed to fulfill this commitment, leaving us waiting without any communication or updates regarding the status of our sample. This delay caused unnecessary disruptions and inconvenience to our business operations.

When I finally decided to visit Imperial T-Shirt Printing to collect the sample, I was met with further disappointment. It took them an incredibly long hour to locate and provide the sample, which is an unacceptable delay for such a simple task. Imperial Custom Apparel will always have a customer in me. I am pleased with the service I received. The customized pieces turned out great. The Shirts were good quality and and a good fit. I put my order in on Tuesday and it was ready by Friday. Needless to say they work swiftly.

The BEST custom bikinis in Miami, FL. They were able to customize and perfect all our our custom swimwear and we even personalized some pieces for Miami Swim Week with them and the service was phenomenal. The turnaround time was also very quick and they were able to have everything come out professional and seamless. I use their services to custom brand all of our bikini sets and one piece swimwear as well, they have very good expertise on options to do. They also embroider on bikinis as well which came out so cute! We did neon embroidery on some of our bikinis and our customers are obsessed! 🙌
