I been shopping with them for a year now and they offer a 10 out of 10 customer service. Sometimes they do things for me in less than 24 hours and with a smile on their face and that's what I appreciate the most. super recommended. thanks Juan and all the legends working there!!

Started out as great service and I was clearly fooled. Juan went through my entire design with me and made suggestions on what would work best and said he was thrilled to help with my project as it was honoring a family member who recently passed serving our country. After going over details on the phone he told me he would have the mock-ups to me by the end of the day or the next morning.

I’ll spare you the number or times he pushed back the date that the mock-ups would be ready (more than 3), and it has now been almost 2 weeks since we initially spoke and the mock-ups are not done. I called last Friday, since he will not answer my email or text, and he told me he had the design team right there and he would call me as soon as they got off the phone and he could speak to them. He never returned my call. I called today and left a voicemail- no call back. At this point...

Spoke with them for the first time and off the first phone call everything was great . The communication and quick response . Had my custom shirt made 2-3 days right after my phone call . Great people to work with .

Amazing work

Have sent emails and called multiple times, leaving messages trying to get in touch with them. I had an order that was going to be placed late in 2023, they stated they would be closed for the holidays so asked if I could wait until 1/02… I did and now no response. I was making sweaters for everyone at work and now I’m sitting on their money and I look bad. Willing to change my rating if they decide to contact me. 🤷

I’ve had Imperial Custom Apparel print & embroider multiple projects and they always come out perfect. They are honest and fast at what they do. Great quality work all around.

After speaking with the owner and he expressed he was still interested in our business, we gave him another chance. Since we wrote him, we have not heard back from him. He never mentioned this $200 charge in writing or in person. He has never called or messaged, explaining there was an issue with my files. One time, in the first few days, he said there was an issue and I fixed the issue. After that, I never heard back from the company. I messaged daily and never received a correspondence back. Correct we did not have an appointment. I emailed the company and asked that my items be allowed to be picked up because no one was responding and again no one responded so we came to the facility to pick up our belongings. When my employee showed up Juan said there was a communication barrier which was also false as my employees first language...

Juan & his team are AMAZING! Used Imperial Customs for robes for my daughters party in March & was so satisfied with the outcome & turn around time that I HAD to use for my other daughter. This time I got bags made & once again EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this team. The communication & attention to detail is one of their best attributes.
