After speaking with the owner and he expressed he was still interested in our business, we gave him another chance. Since we wrote him, we have not heard back from him. He never mentioned this $200 charge in writing or in person. He has never called or messaged, explaining there was an issue with my files. One time, in the first few days, he said there was an issue and I fixed the issue. After that, I never heard back from the company. I messaged daily and never received a correspondence back. Correct we did not have an appointment. I emailed the company and asked that my items be allowed to be picked up because no one was responding and again no one responded so we came to the facility to pick up our belongings.
