Immaculate Clean Inc

We have used Immaculate Clean for years, but had to suspend service during the covid. We just had a deep clean today and WOW.

One of the many weird parts of being home so much as a family during covid is our house got way out of control messy. Did I mention we have two dogs and a cat as well as a middle schooler and a high schooler in our home? Everybody is bored, but not too bored to clean.

The Immaculate team came and swept, vacuumed and wiped down every surface in our home. I feel so much better, now that our home is neat, clean and tidy.

We have been with Immaculate Clean for over 13 years, and I cannot say enough good things about them! My home is always sparkling clean when I get home after they’ve been there – it looks clean, it smells clean, and now during this time of COVID, I know it’s not only clean, but also disinfected. Over the 13 years I have been with them, there have only been a couple of times they have forgotten to do something, and they always offer to come back immediately to take care of it (I have never taken them up on their offer, but they have always offered). I also love how flexible and accommodating they are. With enough notice, they are always willing to accommodate my schedule. We've been customers for over 5 years, and the Immaculate Team's crew has always done a great job. They are very considerate of working around us while we continue working remotely or if any kiddos are napping. One less thing to worry about for this busy family!

This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I undoubtedly would choose this company again. Scheduling was quick and easy. Staff members were polite and receptive of exactly what my girlfriend and I wanted done to our home. The townhouse has been rented out for many years and inevitability had a lot of build up. The staff was kind enough to stay over time to ensure the job was complete to our standards. They even confirmed we were more than satisfied with their job before they left. Looks good as new!
