I have not had ANY reason to call back the cleaning "team" for anything. Cassie has cleaned our house (with few exceptions) during the entire time. Despite plenty of cleaning challenges, including a young puppy dragging mud and debris through the house, Natelie does a great job of keeping us clean and company-ready. So nice not to have to think about trying to keep up with housecleaning these days!
