They cleaned my mom's house and I couldn't believe how well her house looked when I walked in. Her floor haven't shined like that since they were put down. Her bed looked like a maid at a hotel made it. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much I have worried about my mom's living conditions since she can't clean anymore and her room was immaculate

Every step of the process of having my house cleaned was great. Every person I spoke to whether on the phone or via text was courteous and friendly. Kirsten, Lauren G, Casey Logyn did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I don’t think it’s been this clean since I moved in! They were professional, efficient and friendly…..and my dogs liked them! I absolutely recommend them to take care of cleaning your home. I certainly will be using them again.

I try not to post reviews of a service business until I have seen their work over the course of time, and I can say without hesitation that immaculate clean stands by their name, and Kirsten and Kenzy have provided a consistent and thorough quality service for the last year for our home. I am sad to see Kenzy go but when she moved to NC, the management made me very aware of the change and promised (and delivered!) a good transition. Communication is key with any service business, and Cara provides excellent communication from the management side and I have recommended their service to multiple friends and family.

Natelie responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was incredibly helpful at answering all of my questions and getting my service set up. And then Lorraine and Kelsey both did an amazing job at my first cleaning! Everyone I’ve worked with so far has been super friendly and efficient at providing top notch service. I can’t say enough nice things about all of them and this company. Looking forward to my routine cleanings.

I’ve been using immaculate since February now and Elise is wonderful. She cleans very well and also has the sweetest personality. My daughter gets excited when she comes to clean and Elise doesn’t mind my little one Yapping away while she’s cleaning and will respond to my little one without straying away from cleaning. Immaculate and Elise have made my life so much easier, a weight is lifted from my shoulders every time she comes out.

What a wonderful job Kelly did on our home. She’s such a sweet person and has such a nice personality too and our puppy loves her so you know she’s all right.😊❤️
