We have been using Immaculate Clean for over a year now. Their professionalism and communication it top notch. Jocelyn has been such a blessing to us with our bi weekly cleaning. She has been great to work with and extremely flexible. It is also nice that she is great with our dog too. I think he looks forward to her visits almost as much as we do. Very happy with the service and the team.

The ladies from Immaculate always do a great job but I don’t even have to double check the note they leave to know when Logyn has been here - my bathroom is always beyond pristine after she works her magic!

Kristin continues to be a phenomenal cleaner. She is always prompt, courteous, and does an amazing job cleaning our house (and is very tolerant of any mess we may inadvertently leave behind--sorry Kristin!)

I work for this company, and have for almost 2 years! This is a company made up of so many strong, kind, and intelligent women! The office ladies (Natelie, Michele and Nicole) make the lives of the employees, and the customers so much easier! This is a wonderful company to work for, and I am proud to be a member of the Immaculate family!! Not only are they kind and helpful, but their standards for cleaning are very high, and they can work around any schedule/life situation for clients so that the recurring cleans are pleasant, and convenient! Our family has been using Immaculate Clean since 2020 and we couldn't be more happy with the service they provide. Every representative we've had service our home has been amazing!! Our current representative, Valerie does an absolutely incredible job!!! She has great attention to detail and cleans very thoroughly-our house has never been cleaner!! Sometimes Valerie's mom, Bonnie cleans our home as well. The two of them together are my favorite pair of representatives because not only do they provide amazing service, they are the sweetest, most kind and friendly mom and daughter duo around!! I just had my first service with Immaculate Clean. To get me set up I spoke with Natelie - she was very very patient with me as we went through the different options available and worked to develop a plan that would meet my needs. She took time to explain the variety of services and what I could expect as a customer. And the relief I felt coming home after the cleaning was performed by Elena…let me tell you, after never having had experience with a professional cleaning your home, a bigger weight could not have been lifted off my shoulder. I got hours of my time back also with the knowledge that I didn’t have to go behind and clean or straighten things to my liking, it was all taken care of so efficiently and thoroughly by Elena. Needless to say, I just scheduled my recurring services with Immaculate Clean
