We've had Immaculate Clean for going on 2 months now, which is a decent amount of time to assess quality and consistency in service. Kristin is PHENOMENAL. She consistently delivers exceptional service. To boot, she is kind and personable--two qualities our family values. We are so glad we chose Immaculate Clean. Kristin and Immaculate Clean have given us the gift of time: we are a dual-working-parent household and now instead of devoting my "free time" to cleaning, I'm able to enjoy that extra time with my family and relaxing. Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Cara are fabulous, friendly, efficient and kind. The office staff, Nicole, Natalie and Michelle are all wonderful to talk to and they listen and accomodate, providing the best recommendations on services as well as being flexible on payment to coinside with pay week. Thank you for all you do! Oh and if you have kitties, both women have cats and were happy to acknowledge ours and give pets. Makes it feel like its a friend or two coming over to help! Thank you so much! From dusting to the floors the home looks and smells clean.
Update: Had pleasure of being able to adjust my week and met Kassie today! She went above and beyond my expectations and I am so thrilled she will be returning next month!!! Bonus, she is also a cat person, so no worries there!
