We had a solo clean with Lauren B. due to unforeseen circumstances and she was AMAZING! She worked so very hard non stop for four hours trying to do all she could by herself. Immaculate Clean was very gracious in allowing me to postpone service on short notice without penalty due to a medical emergency. Fortunately I was able to reschedule service for the following day and Kelsey, a substitute technician performed the biweekly service and was outstanding. This is the last housekeeping service you'll ever need!

Absolutely incredible.This was my first time using immaculate and I can’t recommend them enough, they were super responsive and wonderful from start to finish, was able to accommodate a top to bottom service last minute , they were prompt, polite and professional and did an outstanding job! Their attention to detail was amazing and they just hit every space I was hoping they would going above and beyond at every turn. So happy and will be using them again for sure !
