Very friendly, very professional, always quick to reply, and very hard workers! Natelie the Corporate Manager is a lovely person. It was our first clean. I’m so glad we had Mrs. Bonnie she did an immaculate job! I am so thrilled I found this wonderful cleaning service!!

We have been using Immaculate Cleaning for about 6 months now and our cleaner is always so kind, thorough and thoughtful! I appreciate openness to suggestions and helping in areas I especially do not enjoy doing on my own. The ladies always show up with a smile and leave my house sparkling!

The cleaning job by Hannah A was fine, but I didn't get the opportunity to thank her and say good-bye. I was in the main bedroom and she cleaned the 2nd bedroom last. Perhaps Hannah thought I was asleep and she didn't want to disturb me. She quietly slipped out. Thank you to Hannah and your agency. We appreciate the service. For a follow up appointment, I'd be available April 8, 9, or 10, or perhaps some other day early the week of the 15th.
