I wish I had before pictures of my kitchen so you could see the difference, but I hadn’t deep cleaned in ages and look at it now! Kassie and Erica were phenomenal! I was nervous about having someone clean because frankly I was rather embarrassed about the state of my home, but when I called Natalie was so reassuring and kind, and I never once felt judged by her, or Kassie and Erica. They did a remarkable job, and I feel SO much better about my home now! We’re so excited they are going to continue to come every two weeks!!

Update: It’s been about 6 months since we started the bi-weekly service and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! Erica is a gem (you get the same person every time) and just knowing that all I have to take care of is light cleaning makes everything less stressful and I have more time to spend with my family instead of cleaning. Immaculate Clean Inc did a fabulous job! Took care of all those things I haven’t had time to do… cleaning wood blinds, windows, baseboards, ceiling fans… the list goes on! Now I have to try to keep it looking this good… or bring them back.

Lacey has been my Service Representative for the last four months or so and she has consistently done an excellent job cleaning my home. She is thorough, detail oriented, and efficient. I appreciate that the cleaning products she uses leave a nice fresh smell, not harsh or industrial. She also goes the extra mile to clean my dark wood floors in a way that doesn’t leave any streaks. I feel comfortable having her in my house while I work from home and she’s great with my cats!

Alicia arrived for the first time today and our meeting was pleasant from the beginning. She is warm and easy to talk to. She worked hard and efficiently to clean the house and make it look great. We are glad that we selected Immaculate Clean, as well as glad that they assigned Alicia to clean our home. She did a fine job. We look forward to her coming back in two weeks for another cleaning.

It is a challenging time for our family and it was wonderful to know there are people out in the community that care about people that are going thru cancer. Emma was our team member that cleaned my house and did an excellent job. She also
