Caitlynn has been cleaning our home for several months now, and she consistently does an incredible job! Despite our layout (4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, 2 offices, 2-stories plus a basement), she is amazingly consistent and always wraps up within the same efficient timeframe, leaving our home feeling completely refreshed, spotless, and cared for every single time.

Caitlynn is so considerate of our daily routine, as she arrives right when we're herding the kids out the door for school, my husband WFH, and I'm doing college coursework from home as well. She is kind to the kids, fun to chat with, and immediately gets right down to business without missing a beat! Today she brought along Annabel to help (who was also a joy to chat with), and together they were fantastic! Professional, courteous, and thorough. We couldn't be happier with Caitlynn's work and cannot recommend her...

My cleaner was very focused on cleaning my home. Although I don't mind if people take cell calls while working (as long as they keep working) my cleaner never got a phone call. Her only interruption was me lol. .Professional, thorough, did what I asked. Very pleased.

Laila, arrived early for our cleaning and it was great to see her. We told her how happy we have been with her work and left for our errands, knowing we'd be happy when we returned!

We are so happy to have found Immaculate Clean! The communication and customer service is great and we had a wonderful first experience - better than past experiences with other companies (a whopping 5 stars to Valerie too!). To say I’m relieved that we have a cleaning company I can count on in my final weeks of pregnancy is an understatement. We are looking forward to their next visit, and the extra help around the house!

We have used Immaculate Clean for years, but had to suspend service during the covid. We just had a deep clean today and WOW.

One of the many weird parts of being home so much as a family during covid is our house got way out of control messy. Did I mention we have two dogs and a cat as well as a middle schooler and a high schooler in our home? Everybody is bored, but not too bored to clean.

The Immaculate team came and swept, vacuumed and wiped down every surface in our home. I feel so much better, now that our home is neat, clean and tidy.

Update, I am still with Immaculate, my high schooler is in college and the middle schooler is finishing high school. Time flies. Seriously.
