By far the best customer service and follow-up support and maintenance I have ever seen, Illuminated Concepts came out the same day I called them. Antonio and Michael came out to my home, quickly discovered what was wrong, replaced bulbs and had my lighting system back as good as new - all in 20 minutes! It's great partnering with Illuminated Concepts for home lighting. They excel at customer service and the expertise they have is second to none. Definitely consider them when you are looking to add lighting to your home and yard.

We just purchased a new home with a great backyard and pool but noticed at night there wasn’t enough lights in the landscaping to make it pop. Reached out to Illuminated Concepts, Inc. based on their high reviews and Aaron came out to give me a quote and many options we can go with. He was knowledgeable and continued to follow up with our questions right away. We decided to proceed with them knowing they were a couple weeks out on getting to us but the following week received a call they can start the next day and the job was completed in 2. Even Chuck the owner came by the first morning to review and was great to see the passion for his work, company and employees. Antonio, Daniel and Leif did an outstanding and professional job and we love the new lights and outcome. Chuck and his team are true professionals with a ton of experience. They completed a lighting and sound project on our house in Aliso Viejo and did an amazing job. The initial consultation was very detailed and they brought up ideas I would have never thought of. The installation crew was very nice, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was all complete they came back in the evening to see how everything looked and made sure we didn't have any final concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality work and great lighting/sound!

We had quirky front yard lighting problems for months before we discovered Illuminated Concepts. The lighting technicians found the problem, fixed it right away and made several helpful suggestions. They were professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.
