Antonio and Michael came out to my home, quickly discovered what was wrong, replaced bulbs and had my lighting system back as good as new - all in 20 minutes! We just purchased a new home with a great backyard and pool but noticed at night there wasn’t enough lights in the landscaping to make it pop. Reached out to Illuminated Concepts, Inc. based on their high reviews and Aaron came out to give me a quote and many options we can go with. He was knowledgeable and continued to follow up with our questions right away. We decided to proceed with them knowing they were a couple weeks out on getting to us but the following week received a call they can start the next day and the job was completed in 2. Even Chuck the owner came by the first morning to review and was great to see the passion for his work, company and employees. Chuck and his team are true professionals with a ton of experience. They completed a lighting and sound project on our house in Aliso Viejo and did an amazing job. The initial consultation was very detailed and they brought up ideas I would have never thought of. The installation crew was very nice, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was all complete they came back in the evening to see how everything looked and made sure we didn't have any final concerns.
