I had worst experience with Hudson Ophthalmology. First, the email they sent me to check in started out with a set of questions verifying my identity almost like I was calling my credit card company - no idea why they would do this. However, they sent me the link for the wrong patients check in so when asked the question of what address looks familiar and fill in your phone number of course neither were familiar. Called to get a new one sent, never received.
Once arriving on time for my appointment I was informed she was running late. Her definition of late was estimated at an hour and a half or more since there were 5 patients ahead of me sitting waiting. Unbelievable. No call to inform me of the situation, nothing.
Terrible practice, stay away.
