The staff equally wonderful; cheerful, welcoming, helpful, understanding and professional. Premises were spotless and I was taken right on time....no wait. It was a pleasure to see doctor Marcelin. She has a wonderfull approach to her patients. Especial mention to her friendly assistant Sigrid. She makes the visitor feel like she has know you for years. Wonderful person.

Firstly, I intended to give 3 stars because the service was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. However, after the altercation with Dr. Marcelin, I decided to leave 2 stars. My mistake was posting the 2 stars before leaving the premises, as she came to ask if I had any complaints. I responded that the service was very slow, and she told me that as a new patient, the wait time was 80 to 90 minutes, yet I waited 2 hours to be seen by her. She then mentioned that some patients had told her they waited up to 4 hours elsewhere, so should 2 hours make me feel better? She continued by saying that she attended to real patients, with glaucoma and many other types of diseases, that she was a surgeon and not an optometrist who just prescribes glasses, and that she took her time with her patients. Dr. MARCELIN is an excellent Ophthalmologist and surgeon. Her staff are knowledgeable and professional. I was given the incredible opportunity to have the Enhanced Lenses placed in each eye during my Cataract surgeries and now I can see clearly and drive without glasses.
